Last night I attended Pink Fashion Rocks. Pink Jams and the Greater Washington Fashion Chamber of Commerce got together and put on a fashion show to help benefit Breast Cancer. It was held at the Long View Gallery.
It featured original pieces from up and coming designers and designs by Betsey Johnson. DC is really trying to make it as a fashion capitol, but sorry to say it has a long way to go, but the show was for a great cause. I was upset because they didn't have enough seats for VIP so I had to stand in the back in my brand new patent leather booties that I got from Canada (my poor feet) and I didn't get my swag bag.
They had the rock band Charm City Devils perform while the models strutted their stuff down the runway. They were really good too I was dancing on the wall...LOL!
